While we make every effort to get your funds to you as soon as possible, the exact time it takes depends on the payment provider as well as the payment method used.
After you request a withdrawal on your MyFXTM dashboard, it'll be reviewed and processed. Withdrawals can be delayed or rejected if there are issues with the payment method, or if there are insufficient funds on the account to cover the margin on open positions, amongst other reasons. We release funds from FXTM within 24 business hours of your withdrawal request. Your withdrawal request status will change from 'Processing' to 'Funds sent' once they've been processed and released.
You can check the usual withdrawal processing time for your chosen payment method in the Payment Methods section.
- Credit/debit cards: 3 - 10 business days.
- Bank Wire: 3 - 5 business days.
- E-wallet: 1 business day.
- Local method: depends on the country. Please refer to your account manager for more information.
What does the withdrawal status mean?
You can check the status of your transaction on your MyFXTM dashboard by navigating to 'My Money' > 'Transaction history'.
Processing | The withdrawal request has been received and the system is checking the details. |
Funds sent |
FXTM has sent the funds via a specified payment system. |
Declined | The withdrawal request is rejected possibly due to one of the reasons mentioned here. Please check your email for further details about the reasons for your withdrawal rejection. |

How do I cancel my withdrawal?
To cancel a withdrawal, check the status of your request in the transaction history. If it's marked as "Processing," you can cancel it by clicking "Decline." However, if the status shows "Funds Withdrawn," this means the funds have already been sent to the payment provider, and the withdrawal cannot be canceled directly from the dashboard. In this scenario, you can use the Raise Request form for customer support, and they will forward your request to the relevant department for further action.
