How do I reply to the employment history email?
Simply reply to the email you've received from us and provide the information requested.
For example: "I have worked as a position/role/title at company name in city/town/place since month/year."
If you're self-employed, a freelancer, or a student, please mention this in the email.
What is a PEP questionnaire?
PEP stands for Political Exposed Person.
As part of our due diligence process, we're required to confirm the identity of customers who have a name match to records. This is to discount the customer as a PEP. If emailed, all you'll need to do is reply to our email with a 'Yes' or 'No' answer.
Note: Your withdrawal request can only be processed once we've received your employment information and/or PEP questionnaire response.
