To place a withdrawal request and make sure it is processed successfully and as quickly as possible, please make sure that:
- Your FXTM account is approved, and all documents are up to date.
- The payment method you're going to use is verified.
- If this is your first withdrawal - you're using the payment method you used for your first deposit.
Withdrawal proportion rule
Please note that we allow clients to use different payment and withdrawal options. However, you are asked to keep a proportion between the number of funds you deposit and withdraw with the same payment method.
For example :
Initial deposit – $600 – Card *3333
2nd deposit – $300 – Skrill
Total deposited: $900
Initial withdrawal must be made using the initial deposit method, Card *3333. First, you decide to withdraw $200 via card. (You can withdraw $400 more to the same card before you reach the limit.)
2nd withdrawal - $500 – $400 must be withdrawn using Credit Card *3333 and $100 must be withdrawn using Skrill.
Total withdrawn: $700
If you wanted to withdraw another $200, it would have to be using Skrill for the full $200.
