Some of the main differences between the Micro, Advantage, and Advantage Plus Accounts are:
Trading Units
The Micro Account offers different account currencies and trading units. On the Micro Account, you trade in Cent lots which means all trading units are calculated in cents, including the account balance, trading volume, and profit and loss.
Execution Type
The Micro Account executes orders using instant execution while the Advantage and Advantage Plus Accounts use market execution. You can read more about instant execution versus market execution.
Trading Instruments
The Micro Account is more a basic account that allows trading of Forex Pairs, Metals, and Commodities only. Advantage and Advantage Plus Accounts offer trading of all available instruments, including US stocks (applicable for MT5 Account only).
Leverage
The Micro Account offers fixed leverage (from 1:3 up to 1:1000 for currency pairs and 1:500 for Metals), whereas the Advantage and Advantage Plus Accounts have floating leverage with a maximum leverage up to 1:2000.
