Change your name if your account hasn't been fully verified
You can upload your Proof of Identity (POI) document from your MyFXTM dashboard under 'Verify Profile' > 'My Documents'. We'll be able to change your name based on the official ID documents you provide.
Accepted Proof of Identity documents:
- National identity card
- Driving licence
- Residence permit
Note: If the National ID states your residential address, then no other documents are needed. If not, please also provide us with Proof of Residence document.
As your account isn't fully verified, our team may contact you by email asking you to provide an explanation for the difference in name. We'll proceed with the name change once we've received a response from you.
Change your name if your account is verified
You'll need to provide us with evidence of your name change together with your new identification document. Evidence will need to show a clear link between your previous and new names.
