Singning into your MyFXTM profile is the gateway to managing your account and trading activities efficiently. This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process, ensuring a seamless login experience.
Sign-in steps:
- Open your preferred web browser and navigate to the Login page.
- Enter Your Credentials. Once on the login page, you will be prompted to enter your email address or MyFXTM ID, which you received in the registration confirmation email. Note that passwords are case-sensitive, so manually input them to avoid copying spaces mistakenly.
- Once details are entered, click the "Login" button and you will be redirected to your MyFXTM Dashboard.
I cannot log into My Account
If you encounter issues during the login process, consider the following troubleshooting steps:
Incorrect details
If login details are entered incorrectly, you will receive an "Incorrect MyFXTM ID / Email or Password" error message. Try to enter login details again. Make sure that Caps Lock is not enabled and the language is set to English.
If you've forgotten your password or are unable to log in, use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page to reset it. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.

The page is not loading.
- In case you are not being redirected to MyFXTM Dashboard after you have clicked the login button, please try clearing the browser Cache. Sometimes, cached data can interfere with the login process. Clear your browser cache and try logging in again.
- Ensure that your internet connection is stable. A poor connection may lead to login failures.
- Some browser extensions may conflict with the login process. Temporarily disable them and attempt to log in.

Deleted Account due to no trading activity
Please note that FXTM is imposing a $10 fee for inactivity on your account, as there has been no trading activity for three consecutive months. According to the Client's agreement, this qualifies as an "Inactive Account." This fee will continue to be deducted until the balance of the trading account and wallet reaches zero, at which point the dashboard will be deleted, and login will no longer be possible. Consequently, you will need to re-register with FXTM to regain access.
