Completing the CAPTCHA verification
For security reasons, if you enter a wrong account number or password, you will be required to complete the CAPTCHA verification. To complete the verification, you need to drag the slider on the puzzle. If you did not match the puzzle correctly, you will be asked to slide the image again.
To pass the CAPTCHA verification, please follow the steps below (as shown in picture):
- Click on the "Click to verify" button to display the CAPTCHA image
- Follow the instructions to drag the slider to complete the puzzle verification
Tip: We recommend using the Google Chrome browser for the best experience. If the CAPTCHA image doesn't appear, it's recommended to clear your cookies and cached files from your browser. You'll find these options within your browser's settings and tools
How do I reset my MyFXTM Password?
If you've forgotten your MyFXTM password, you can reset your password here.
Follow these steps:
- Enter your MyFXTM ID (starts with 6) or registered email address and click on 'Click to verify'.
- Complete the CAPTCHA image by clicking on the icons in the given order and click 'Next'.
- Enter the PIN sent to your registered email and your phone number.
- Create a new password.
Tip: Choose a strong password that is memorable. Keep it in a safe place and don't give it to any third parties. FXTM will ever ask for your password in communications.
