Withdrawal Terms and Conditions
- Account Approval: Before making a withdrawal, IBs must ensure that their profile is fully approved. Unverified accounts may face delays or restrictions on withdrawals.
- Payment Fees: While the IB portal does not charge fees for withdrawals, certain PSPs may apply transaction fees. It is essential to review these terms with your selected provider.
- Minimum Conditions: Rebates can only be withdrawn once they are settled in the IB’s wallet. Unsettled rebates, which are still processing, cannot be withdrawn until they have cleared.
Steps to Withdraw Funds

To initiate a withdrawal, go to the Withdrawal section in the IB portal. This is where you can view your available balance and start the withdrawal process.

In Withdrawal section you will find the total settled rebates that are available for withdrawal. This amount reflects your earnings that have been fully processed and are ready to be transferred.

Select from various payment service providers. These options provide flexibility in how you wish to receive your funds, depending on your location and preferences.

Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, making sure it does not exceed the available balance in your wallet. Confirm your chosen PSP and fill in any necessary details.

After verifying the details, submit your request. The system will process your withdrawal, and funds will be transferred to your selected PSP according to the provider’s processing times.
