We understand that errors may sometimes occur when entering the ID of your Introducing Broker (IB) during registration. Fortunately, FXTM provides a 72-hour window from the moment of registration for you to verify and, if necessary, update your IB details manually.
How to Update Your Introducing Broker Information
To review or change your IB information, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your FXTM account.
- Navigate to the My Profile - User profile section.
- Other details - Partner ID and update the ID as needed.
- Save the changes to ensure the update is applied.
What If More Than 72 Hours Have Passed?
If more than 72 hours have elapsed since registration, the option to modify your IB information will no longer be available. Please note that the company is unable to process requests to change the relationship between you and your IB after this period.
