Steps to deposit with Online Bank Transfer
- Log in to your MyFXTM Dashboard.
- Navigate to 'My Money' 'Deposit funds' 'Online Bank Transfer China'.
- Select your trading account or wallet and enter the CNY amount you’d like to deposit.
- Click the "Deposit" button next to "Online Bank Transfer".
- Enter your bank account number (pre-filled if used previously) and confirm.
- Verify your deposit details and click "Submit" to proceed to the payment provider’s page.
- Complete the transfer and the deposit will appear in your Transaction History.
Documents required for Online Bank Transfer verification
To verify this payment method, upload a screenshot of your deposit receipt on the Verify your Payment Method page.
The receipt must display:
- Your name
- Your bank card number/account number
- The recipient's name
- The recipient's bank card number/account number
- Deposit amount
- Date and time of deposit (time must be accurate to the minute)
Verification will be completed within 24 hours.
