SPEI (Local Bank Transfer) allows you to make a deposit to your FXTM account in your local currency (MXN) and receive a withdrawal in the same currency into your bank account. Covered in this article:

Steps to Deposit
- Log in to your MyFXTM dashboard and navigate to 'My Money' 'Deposit Funds'. Enter the Deposit amount and select 'SPEI'.
- Select the trading account or wallet, input the amount, and provide your CLABE Account number.
- Recheck details and click 'Submit'. You will be redirected to the provider’s page.
- Select your Document type, enter the Document number associated with your bank account, and click 'Next'.
Note: It is very important to enter the correct document number associated with the bank account number from which you plan to make a payment. Otherwise, the transfer may be rejected or refunded. - Using mobile/online banking, make a single transfer with the same amount and currency.
- The transaction record will appear on the Transaction History page.
Verification
To ensure faster future withdrawals, upload the transaction receipt under 'My Documents' 'Verify Payment'. Ensure the receipt includes your name, CLABE number, and transaction details.
Steps to Withdraw
- Log in to your MyFXTM dashboard and navigate to 'My Money' - 'Withdraw Funds'. Enter the withdrawal amount and select 'SPEI'.
- Select the trading account or wallet, input the amount, and provide the CLABE Account number and associated Document number.
- Confirm the transaction by entering the OTP received, then click 'Submit'.
- The transaction will be displayed on the Transaction History page.
