A flat $3 commission will be charged for any deposit or withdrawal below $30 or equivalent. However, deposits or withdrawals equal to or exceeding $30 will not be subject to this fee. More information here: Low transaction fee: 3$ commission on transactions below 30$
Steps to Deposit
- Log in to your MyFXTM dashboard and navigate to 'My Money' > 'Deposit Funds' > enter the Deposit amount and click the orange "Deposit" button next to 'PIX and Bank account transfer'.
- Select the trading account or wallet you wish to deposit funds into and enter the amount.
- Input your CPF (Brazilian Individual Taxpayer Registry) number linked to your bank account.

Recheck details and click 'Submit'. You will be redirected to the provider's page.
- Select the bank and scan the QR code to complete the transaction.
- The Transaction record will appear on the Transaction History page.
PIX Bank Account Transfer Verification
After making your deposit, please upload the transaction receipt by going to Dashboard > My Documents > Verify Payment. Completing this step will help ensure that any future withdrawals are processed quickly and without delays.
Make sure your transaction receipt includes the following details:
- Your CPF number
- Your full name
Steps to Withdraw
- Log in to your MyFXTM dashboard and navigate to 'My Money' > 'Withdraw Funds' > enter the Deposit amount and click the orange "Withdraw" button next to 'PIX and Bank account transfer'.
- Select the trading account or wallet to select trading account/wallet, currency, input amount, input the CPF number.
- Click receive the PIN and confirm the transaction by entering the received PIN into the field, then click the 'Submit' button.
- Withdrawal requests will appear on the Transaction History page in your Dashboard and will settle in your bank account within the Processing time specified above.
