Steps to Deposit with Mobile Money
- Select your trading account or wallet, input the amount, and choose the Mobile Money method.
- Input the phone number associated with the Mobile Money account (the registered phone number will be auto-populated).
- Recheck the details and submit the form.
- Enter the wallet PIN to authorize the payment.
- Click the "Go Back" button to return to MyFXTM.
Verification Process
For both deposits and withdrawals, a verification process will be conducted to ensure that the account used belongs to the client:
- If the phone number used matches the one registered in the system, the method will be automatically approved.
- If the phone number does not match, you will be asked to provide clarification.
- The mobile number will be saved in the system for future transactions.
