How to deposit with Thailand Local Solution?
Follow these steps to make a deposit using Thailand Local Solutions:
- Log in to your MyFXTM Dashboard
- From the left-hand menu navigate to 'My Money' > 'Deposit funds'
- Check the pre-selected trading account or wallet and enter the local currency amount you'd like to deposit. You may also enter the amount in your trading account currency (e.g. USD) and it will show the amount in local currency automatically.
- Click the "Deposit" button next to "Thailand Banking Solution" or "Thailand E-Wallet and QR Solution"
- Enter your bank account number and then click "Confirm".
- Please recheck your deposit details and click "Submit". You will be redirected to the payment page with a list of available payment methods.
- Click on the payment method to proceed with the payment
Online Bank Wire
If you choose the Online Bank Wire option, you must first select your bank from the bank selection page.
- You will be prompted to enter your online banking credentials.
- After successfully logging in, a confirmation SMS will be sent to the phone number associated with your online bank account.
- You will need to enter the code received via SMS, also known as the TAC (Transaction Approval Code), to authenticate the transaction.
- Once the payment is processed, the status of the transaction will be updated accordingly.
Bank transfer (P2P)
When you select the Bank Transfer (P2P) option, the receiver's account number and payment instructions will be displayed on the screen.
- You must make a single instant transfer from your bank account to the generated account number within 30 minutes, before it expires.
- After completing the transfer, upload the payment slip and click the "Confirm Payment" button.
- The generated account number is unique for each transaction and should not be reused.
- Ensure that you transfer the exact amount displayed and in the same currency.
Documents required for Thailand Local Solution verification
To verify the payment method and enable it for withdrawals, you need to upload a document showing the account used for the payment belongs to you. The document should include your name, account number, and the transaction made to FXTM. Make sure to upload it with the type "Online Banking" on the Verify your Payment Method section in the MyFXTM Dashboard.
