If you've forgotten your MyFXTM password or simply need to reset it for security reasons, the process is straightforward and designed to get you back to managing your trading activities quickly and securely. This guide will walk you through the steps to successfully reset your MyFXTM password, ensuring you can continue accessing your account without disruption.
Follow this link to reset your password here:
- Enter your MyFXTM ID (starts with 6) or registered email address and click on 'Click to verify'.
- Complete the CAPTCHA image by clicking on the icons in the given order and click 'Next'.
- Enter the PIN sent to your registered email and your phone number.
- Create a new password.

Your password should:
- Include 8 - 20 characters.
- Consists of both UPPER and lowercase characters.
- Include at least one number.
- Include at least one symbol.

Deleted Account due to no trading activity
Please note that FXTM is imposing a $10 fee for inactivity on your account, as there has been no trading activity for three consecutive months. According to the Client's agreement, this qualifies as an "Inactive Account." This fee will continue to be deducted until the balance of the trading account and wallet reaches zero, at which point the dashboard will be deleted, and login will no longer be possible. Consequently, you will need to re-register with FXTM to regain access.
