By generating a trading account history, you can get access to the following information for the requested period:
- Order ticket number
- Open and Close time
- Order type
- The trading instrument
- Open and close price
- Commission charged, SWAP
- Trade Profit or loss.
- All transfers that have been done from and to the trading account.
How generate the Orders History?
- Login to MyFXTM Dashboard
- Navigate to My Accounts > Accounts Overview > Click open the trading account number
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and in the Orders History menu select the timeframe and click the "Prepare Report" button.
- It will take some for the report to be generated
- Refresh the page and click on the "Download" button to download the report.
Note: If you can't find the trading account on the Dashboard, you will not be able to generate a trading history. Please Fill in the "Contact Us" selecting Trading > I need your guidance about Accounts form and providing the following information:
- Specific Trading account number(s)
- The precise date range for which trading statements are needed.
