If you’re already trading with us or if you’re new to FXTM, here are some helpful points to keep in mind:
Fake Agents/Representatives
We’ve got a super-awesome team of Relationship Managers, Account Managers, and Representatives who are always ready to help you. But keep in mind that our team will never approach you directly through personal Social Media Profiles to ask for your personal or MyFXTM account details or promise cashback/prizes.
Fake Social Media Pages/Channels & Websites
Scammers will appear to be legitimate, and they’ll even use our Trademark “FXTM”, Logo and images from our website! They might share “documents” as proof of their relationship or employment with us but be careful! There is only one FXTM and you can find the list of our official Social Media Profiles/Channels on our official website at the footer of every page.
If you receive a message that comes from a social media page/channel other than what’s listed on our website, report it to us immediately!
MyFXTM Dashboard
We take the security of your personal details & funds very seriously. Always remember that as a client, you’ll have direct access & full control of your personal “MyFXTM Dashboard” through which you can open trading accounts, download trading platforms, upload verification documents, deposit/withdraw funds, and more!
When you are on chat or you have an email conversation with your relationship manager, we may ask you for your MyFXTM ID to verify you and to help with your queries.
Never share your personal details or MyFXTM details (such as MyFXTM ID) with anyone, especially with someone who “claims” to be working for us - unless it is coming from our official corporate email address or our designated chat channels.
- Never open a suspicious link from unknown sources.
- Please don't share your personal details or MyFXTM details with anyone.
- Never invest in “quick profits” or “guaranteed profits” schemes.
- They may look like us and seem professional but always confirm by checking our official list or by contacting us directly.
- Always double-check with us if you’re suspicious about a message you received or a link you encountered.
FXTM is on your side!
If you receive any suspicious emails, chats through social media, or website links, always double-check with our team before taking any steps.
You can reach out to our Live Support Team through 'Contact Us' form.
We wish you successful trading!
