What will happen if my account is inactive?
An account is considered inactive after 3 consecutive calendar months with no trading activity. In such cases, a fee of 10 EUR/USD/GBP or the NGN equivalent per account per month will be charged from a trading account or internal wallet, depending on the Trading Account currency.
An inactivity fee is charged if you have a positive Balance, if there are no funds in your account, no fee will be deducted, meaning you can not go into a negative balance.
How to avoid the inactivity fee?
To avoid being charged the inactivity fee of $10, you need to ensure there is trading activity on at least one of your trading accounts. Trading activity includes initiating trades, and buying and selling financial instruments. Please note that the transfer of funds is not to be confused with trading activity
