- You have a swap-free enabled account but trying to trade exotic currency pairs or crypto CFDs. Please note that exotic pairs and crypto CFDs are not available for swap-free accounts.

You can review your trading account balance and trading credit either through MetaTrader or by accessing your MyXFTM Dashboard. Navigate to My Accounts> Accounts Overview, and click on your trading account number for details. - Trading has been disabled for a particular instrument. We may have temporarily or permanently disabled a trading instrument. To check the trade availability of the trading instruments, you can right-click on the instrument in the MT4 market watch area and select 'Specification'.
Tip: you could encounter a "trade disabled" error if your trading account has transitioned to the "close-only" mode. Forex brokers may activate this setting for unsupported account types.
